Austin Energy has changed their rebate levels

I just got notified today by Austin Energy that they have changed their rebate levels.  This is been in affect for a month now. I wish they would have notified me sooner. But the Austin Energy reserves the right to change rebate levels or even stop them all together without telling anyone.
