Starting in s few days we will have a new live chat feature as part of our website. On the homepage at the bottom right of the browser their will be a box you can click. What this is a live chat person you can talk to if you do not feel like actually calling in. Look at it as texting for service. Once the chat person gets your info and the reason for you call we will get an email right away. This is not meant to take the place of normal business hr call in for service. But mainly for after hours when office is closed you can chat with a live person. This will negate you having to call and talk to an answering service. Let me know how you think it works out.
